We also automatically collect technical data (IP addresses, browser characteristics) to maintain the security and performance of our interactive 3D viewers.

We process your information to deliver aerial reporting, provide access to 3D digital twins, manage bank draw verification requests, and communicate project updates. We do not process sensitive personal information.
3. WHEN AND WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE DATA?
We share information only with service providers necessary to deliver our industrial analysis. This includes:
- Cloud Infrastructure: Netlify (Website hosting).
- Geospatial Analysis: Cesium Ion & Mapbox (3D model streaming and mapping data).
- Authorized Stakeholders: Project data is shared only with individuals explicitly authorized by the client (e.g., bank inspectors).
4. COMMERCIAL SITE DATA SECURITY
We treat high-resolution site models and orthomosaics as confidential commercial assets. We utilize industry-standard security tokens and URL restrictions to prevent unauthorized access to your 3D digital twins. However, no electronic transmission over the internet can be guaranteed 100% secure.
5. PRIVATE CLIENT COMMUNICATIONS
Our client subdomains include a private messaging feature for project-specific coordination. These communications are encrypted and visible only to the authenticated client and Air Capture Productions staff. We do not offer public forums or user-generated content areas.
6. COOKIES AND TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to remember your map preferences and maintain secure session states in our 3D viewers. You may opt out of certain tracking via your browser settings.
7. DATA RETENTION FOR AUDITS
For the purpose of financial audits and bank draw verification, we may retain site records and historical progress reports for up to seven (7) years. When we no longer have a legitimate business need for your information, we will delete or anonymize it.
